It is quite hard to choose a flying school, coz it's not like the usual academe - UP ADMU DLSU UST - there are certain standards that separates the school from the rest, example, OMNI Aviation boasts of its own runway in the school facility itself while Aviatour in Cebu tells us that making use of CEB is advantageous as you will be with the commercial traffic, communicate with the controllers on an international gateway. So what's your take? Can you help us point out which flying school should be considered and which should be avoided? What are the criteria to be considered when choosing a flying school? And the most important question - how much?

For the Cebu Pacific pilot program, the company answers for half of your tuition. A normal tuition would go around Php4m to 5m for a reputable school. For the 5J program, you would just pay 50% of the tuition but with a lock-in period for 5 years in the company.
Omni and Clark Aviation are the most reputable ones. Though if you want a list of CAAP accredited schools, just check the CAAP site.
If you are on a budget, go for the Cebu Pacific pilot program. At least you would be flying A320s right away.
But if you want to be flexible after you graduate, then go for Clark or Omni.
