CAAP is claiming that we would be back to category 1 by 2011. We would be out of the EU ban too. News is circulating that some people from the EU are satisfied with the changes. All these being said and yet, no results.
So what do you think?

That sucks! Oh well, lets see if the new director general will do his job, but Cusi's replacement is yet another retired Air Force official. Wasn't Ciron a retired PAF official too who just wasted two precious years?
I heard though that Cusi was being offered a post at the ICAO. Lemme dig through all the possible resources and see if this is trie.

I wonder why they always get a retired Air Force Official?? why they dont choose people from the airline industry?

I was expecting someone with experience in the civil aviation industry, and not from an air force without a single fighter jet.
Somewhat OT:
Irony is PAF invests on trainers, but after the pilots train, whats next? Eh walang fighter jet
